31 Meals in 31 Days: Kim’s Kickin Buffalo Chicken Dip

We are still munching on leftovers from Sunday’s dinner so tonight I made a buffalo chicken dip for me and the hubby to eat. A coworker made this dip for my going away party at work and it was so good that I asked her for the recipe. The hubby loved it too! This recipe will make around 20 – 30 servings, making it perfect for an office party or football party (the Super Bowl is coming up, you know!). For just me and my husband I cut everything down to a fourth of the recipe and we ate it all in one night.

Ingredients:

3 cans of white chicken breast meat

2 8 oz packages of cream cheese

1 cup ranch dressing (Hidden Valley works great in this dip!)

3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce (whichever is your favorite)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the cheese and mix well.

Put dip mix in a 9 x 13 lightly greased baking dish and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes and enjoy!

That’s all there is to it and trust me, your guests will love it! We eat this dip with Frito’s Scoops, they pair perfectly with the flavors.

My husband only had one thing to say about this dish: Delicious!
